Use the Now Health secure online portfolio portal

Use the Now Health app (Apple and Android)

You will be alerted that your claim has been received and then you can track the status of your claim in My Claims area of both your portfolio and the app.

FAQS

I am a UAE citizen; can I use Now Health International?

Now Health is designed for people working internationally, aka expats, but they do offer cover for some local nationals. You will have to contact Now Health to see whether they will provide health insurance for Emirati nationals in the country (if you’re moving abroad, that should be fine).

Does Now Health provide other types of health insurance?

No, Now Health only provides international private medical insurance (IPMI) and does not provide travel insurance or domestic health insurance.

What do I do when things change after I have applied for a Now Health plan?

Change happens, so Now Health quotations are valid for 30 days and you can apply for 60 days cover in advance of your requested start date. Any change of information might impact your application, so let the company know if anything changes during this time.

What if I don’t provide my full details of a previous medical condition?

When you apply for health insurance, you must provide full medical history. Your plan may be invalidated if you fail to disclose a previous condition. However, Now Health’s medical underwriting method involves detailed questions about your medical history, which should jog your memory and ensure everything is covered.

How does Now Health calculate my premium?

Each premium is unique and calculated according to your age at the date you start or renew your plan, your previous medical history and current lifestyle, and your country of residence.
